Prefab-H

Happy Warehouse —Hot Roll Wide Flange Structure The Hot Roll Wide Flange system is ideal for buildings with heights between 4–15 meters and widths up to 35 meters, with column spacing of 4–8 meters. This structure type offers cost efficiencyand supports the addition of mezzanine floors or overhead cranes, making it perfectly suited for medium to largesized warehouses.

Prefab-HC

This structure combines Hot Roll Wide Flange columns with a Cold Form Truss roof system made from galvanized or cold-formed steel, designed for buildings with heights between 4–15 meters, widths up to 40 meters, and column spacing of 4–10 meters. The hybrid system enhances overall structural strength while maintaining cost efficiency, similar to the Prefab-H model, but with added capability to support mezzanine floors and overhead cranes. It is an excellent solution for medium to large-scale warehouses that require both strength and flexibility at an affordable cost.

Prefab-HCC

This building type features a Hot Roll steel frame combined with a Cold Form curved roof structure, ideal for large-scale warehouses. It supports building widths of up to 45 meters, column spacing between 4–10 meters, and heights up to 15 meters. The design allows for the integration of a two-story office space and overhead crane installation, making it perfect for medium to large warehouses that require both functionality and modern aesthetics.

Prefab-HB

The Hot Roll Built-Up Beam roof structure is made by welding steel plates together to achieve the desired beam size and roof span. This design is suitable for buildings with heights ranging from 4–15 meters and widths of up to 50 meters — offering a clear span with no center columns. The structure can accommodate overhead cranes and mezzanine floors, providing exceptional strength and versatility similar to the PrefabH system. It supports building heights of up to 15 meters and can be extended to any length as required, making it ideal for large-scale warehouses and industrial facilities.
